We want you to have a smooth and satisfying shopping experience. Please read the return and refund guidelines carefully before making a purchase.
Returns
- Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- Items that show signs of wear, damage, stains, or alteration will not be eligible for return.
- Certain items such as customized or altered kurtis are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Return Process

- Provide your order details, reason for return, and clear images of the product (if damaged or defective).
- Once the request is approved, return instructions will be shared.
- The product must be shipped back within the given timeframe after approval.
Refunds
- Refunds are processed only after the returned product is received and inspected.
- If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, bank details will be required to process the refund.
Non-Returnable Situations
- Products returned after the allowed return period.
- Items that are used, washed, or damaged by the customer.
- Missing original tags or packaging.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
- If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, report it within 48 hours of delivery.
- Share clear photos for verification.
- After approval, a replacement or full refund will be provided.
Shipping Charges
- Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
- Return shipping costs may be applicable unless the product is defective or incorrect.
Important Notes
- Slight variations in color or design may occur due to lighting and screen differences and will not be considered defects.
- All return and refund decisions are subject to verification and approval.
