Return Eligibility

• Returns are accepted within 5 days from the date of delivery.
• Products must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and returned with original tags and packaging intact.
• Items showing signs of use, damage, stains, or alteration are not eligible for return.
• Customized, altered, or made-to-order products are not eligible for return unless received in damaged or defective condition.

Return Request Process

• Order ID
• Reason for return
• Photos (if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect)

After approval, return instructions will be shared.

Refund Policy

• Refunds are processed after the returned product is received and inspected.
• Approved refunds are issued within 5 business days to the original payment method.
• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, bank account details may be required for refund processing.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please report it within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos for verification. After approval, a replacement or refund will be provided.

Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges, if applicable, are displayed at checkout before payment.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Additional Information

• Slight color variations due to screen settings or lighting are not considered defects.
• All return requests are subject to verification and approval.
